Pack Your Gear

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are free of pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
